The Panola County Groundwater Conservation District was started in 2007 by the 80th Texas Legislature with a mission to conserve, protect, and enhance the groundwater resources of Panola County.
As a part of GMA-11, a groundwater management area, we strive to develop and implement water conservation strategies to protect resources and benefit the citizens of Panola County.
